Gutters in Beaverton

Beaverton grew in rings. Cedar Hills, West Slope, Raleigh Hills and Garden Home are 1950s–60s ranches and daylight basements on big lots with 80-foot Douglas firs the developers left standing. Those homes have 60-year-old fascia, long single-downspout runs and gutters that fill with needles every windstorm. Sexton Mountain, Murray Hill and the neighborhoods around Hart Road are 1980s and 90s two-story and split-level homes whose original sectional aluminum is now leaking at every seam.
